Refund policy:
Refund Policy: In accordance with Nevada Statutes, Real Estate School of Nevada provides refunds under specific circumstances. Refunds are given if we cannot provide the training programs agreed upon in the enrollment agreement. Refunds are given for cancellations before the start of LIVE classes or when a student downloads online material, minus 10% or $100.00, whichever is less. Partial or prorated refunds are given for student withdrawals before the completion of more than 60% of the program (or equivalent of 6 class of 10), minus 10. Refunds of hardcopy textbooks are not given under any circumstances. No separate refunds are provided for e-books, as e-books are provided as part of the tuition. No refunds are given for the portion of tuition paid for or purchased through Groupon, Living Social, or any gift certificate or scholarships program. Refunds are provided to whomever paid the tuition within 15 days, after either the date of enrollment cancellation or the date of enrollment termination by Real Estate School of Nevada.

NV-Course- Broker Management (R.E.S.N)

Broker Management- The course, approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division, meets the requirements for 45 hours (3-semester units) of broker management education. This course follows the state syllabus including topics such as business plans, operating a Brokerage, risk management, errors, and omissions insurance, controlled business arrangements, Nevada forms, financing, state and federal laws, appraisal, and emerging trends.
